 
Enviroprime is a series of products specially formulated for the lumber priming industry.
Whether you apply via flood coating, vacuum coating or spraying each product takes into consideration your special application requirements. Our focus is high-hiding, low and zero VOC coatings to offer premium cosmetic appeal and latitude for those operations restricted by DEP permit limits. Both interior and exterior are custom to allow for air, convection and infrared drying. Available in both oil-based and 100% Acrylic, Non-Blocking formulations.
VACOO3A Interior Exterior Vacuum Coater Primer
A ZERO VOC, block resistant, waterborne primer for use as a primer and finish coat on a wide variety of interior and exterior wood moldings and trim. Formulated in accordance with proven architectural coating principles. Designed to eliminate the skips and wetting problems experienced when coating under high speed vacuum coater conditions. Best dried with IR curing ovens. For use as a primer and finish on interior moldings and trim. For use as a short- term primer on exterior trim, requiring top-coating within 30 days. Outstanding hiding power allows for one-coat applications to most primed and bare substrates. Inherently mildew, mold and algae resistant. Free of any toxic compounds. Environmentally friendly.
E5000 Premium Exterior Vacuum Coater Primer and Finish
A ZERO VOC, fade resistant, non-yellowing, environmentally friendly waterborne coating,
formulated to eliminate the need for slip-sheeting on a wide variety lumber products. For use as a primer or finish coat on primed or bare lumber. Formulated specifically for use with a vacuum coater and IR curing ovens. E5000 combines the desirable features associated with premium exterior coatings with the production features required for factory finishing. Excellent adhesion under wet conditions and does not require top-coating. Outstanding hiding power allows for one coat application to most raw lumber substrates. Manufactured with all ZERO VOC materials and colorants. Available in White and an infinite number of custom colors. Contains no toxic or carcinogenic components. Guaranteed not to peel or blister when applied according to manufacturer’s specifications. Does not require top-coating for a period of 5 years.
E62 Premium Alkyd Primer and Finish
Guaranteed not to crack, peel or blister, E62 is a premium, high-hiding, low VOC alkyd primer and finish for machine coat application. An oil base that has excellent stain blocking qualities and good cosmetics in one coat. An economical finish that combines all the features associated with traditional oil based paints. A low luster finish, which masks irregularities in the surface. A perfect base coat for one coat, factory-applied processes and an excellent base for top-coating with VAC003A, E5000 and a wide variety of oil and acrylic field coats. E62 possesses excellent flow and leveling when applied via flood coaters. The high solids nature of E62 allows for thinner wet films of material than those of the major primer manufacturer’s extended spread rates, resulting in a lower cost per foot. Does not require field coating for a period of 5 years. Available in White and an unlimited number of custom colors.
